Position: HR Recruiter and Training
Industry: Construction Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 20,000-Php 30,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
🔔 Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, human resources & management development or any related course
🔔 2- 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and training
🔔 Working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
🔔 Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
🔔 End To End Recruitment & Training
🔔 sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks
🔔 designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization
🔔 Train new employees
