Position: Telesales Coordinator (Open for Fresh Graduate)
Telemarketer (Open to Fresh Graduate)
CSR/Telemarketer (Open for Fresh Graduate)
Company Industry: Hotel
Location: BGC Taguig
Salary Offer: Php 18,000 + Php 2,000 rice allowance
Work Schedule: 11AM to 8PM, 2 days off
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Fresh graduate, Associate degree, and Vocational graduates are encouraged to apply
✨With experience as sales associate/telemarketer/CSR
Job Responsibilities:
✨Handle inquiries, provide best available package and introduce new activities to customers
✨Execute daily phone calls and emails on service or products sales
✨Assist players in their inquiries and follow up
✨Recover lost players through phone calls and suggest for website improvement
✨Open for video chats to boost trust in the website
✨Meeting standards for sale and service quality
✨Provide accurate and up to date information to clients
✨Maintain the record of customers contacts, transactions and remarks
