This company is a real estate company providing construction business to the Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.

Position: Mandarin Property Administrator
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💠A Filipino or Chinese national who is proficient in Mandarin and English language.
💠Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
💠Familiar with computer operation and proficient in using office software.

Responsibilities:
💠Responsible for the translation work of the building property and the management of Filipino employees;
💠Responsible for the procurement and management of administrative materials and office supplies, and assisting employees in completing the requisition work.
💠Handle urgent issues reported by merchants and make arrangements for administrative work;
💠Assist superior supervisors in the arrangement and execution of various administrative affairs
💠Complete other routine tasks assigned by superiors
