Position: Mandarin Sales Manager
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule, Monday-Saturday
Industry: Trading and Merchandising
Salary: Php 30,000-Php 70,000

Requirements:
🌟Proficient in Mandarin and English language
🌟Preferably Bachelor’s degree in any course
🌟Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
🌟Experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets is an advantage.
🌟Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
🌟Excellent negotiation and presentation skills and knowledge of the industry and market trends.
🌟Previous experience in sales, particularly within the Mandarin-speaking market, is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
🌟Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
🌟Meeting planned sales goals.
🌟Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
🌟Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
🌟Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
🌟Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
🌟Create frequent reviews and reports with sales activities
🌟Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
