Location: Quezon City (the candidate willing to transfer in Mandaluyong City)

Salary: Php 70,000 - 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home)

Requirements:
1 year experience in working as an IT Service Provider or Customer Service
Open to JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level also for Japanese Nationals with permanent visa
Experience in using service desk ticketing tools
Intermediate level of proficiency in Japanese written and verbal communication skills.
Specific knowledge in Software and Hardware troubleshooting.
With knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 365 suite
Open to Bachelor or College Level of any course


Responsibilities:
Act as the first-level point of contact for IT-related incidents and requests.
Monitor personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing systems, and ensure
consumers are properly handled and updated
Create a positive consumer support experience by interacting with consumers at different levels within the organisation.
