Position: Japanese HR & General Affairs Staff
Location: Biñan, Laguna
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: Negotiable (Depends on skills and experience）
Schedule: Daysift 7am-4pm
Day-off: Sat, Sun and Public Holiday
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any Business Administration related to the field.
At least 2 years experience in Employee Relation
With Strong Personality and can speak basic Japanese language
Responsibility:
Execution of company handbook code of conduct
Responsible for the overall process in accordance with ISO Procedures from Training needs analysis to training effectiveness evaluation
Handling employee labour relations in accordance to DOLE
Review and update employee rules and regulations
