Position: Korean Customer Support(Healthcare Account)
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 30,000
Location: Subic, Zambales
Schedule: 10 PM to 6 AM
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
⭐Filipino conversational in Korean and English
⭐Open for Degree holder or undergraduate of any field
⭐Experience in BPO company and customer service position is a plus
⭐Willing to work in Subic, Zambales

Responsibilities:
⭐Answering inquiries regarding health and wellness products
⭐Provide excellent customer service to Korean clients
⭐Ensure to provide assistance in compliance with the company standards and procedures
⭐Maintain and build healthy and long term relationships with the clients.
