This is a very new account to help policy owners to understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, its coverage, especially the amount for sickness, hospitalization and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Korean Insurance Claims Support (Back Office and Support role)
Industry: Global Health Insurance for foreigners
Salary: Php 70,000
Schedule: 5 days a week
Heads: 20 head needed
Location: Pasay City

Requirements of Job Application:
⭐Filipino who can speak, read and write Korean (conversational level)
⭐Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
⭐2nd Year Undergraduates are welcome to apply
⭐No age limit and no gender preferences
⭐Can work in an office (face to face)
⭐Can start working in a pioneer account

Responsibilities of the Job:
⭐Answer emails and calls from insured Korean speaker about their policy
⭐Assist Korean patient on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
⭐Assist Korean patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
⭐Give Korean customers their policy type and its benefits
⭐Explain to Korean patients how to claim the amount of money
⭐Discuss the qualification to the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
⭐Give list to the Korean the list of hospitals and clinics for check up
⭐Benefits of family member for the insurance
