● Korean National proficient in English
● Presently living in the Philippines
● Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
● With customer service experience is a big advantage
● Willing to work in Makati City
● Willing to work onsite (Office based)

Responsibilities:
● Provide assistance with clients’ concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
● Proper escalation of client’s concerns and queries.
● Presenting products to the client’s and ensuring to increase the sales revenue.
● Build sustainable relationship to clients
● Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.
