Position: Korean Customer Care Support

Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 130,000
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Must be amenable for shifting schedule)
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Requirements:
⭐Korean National willing to work in the Philippines
⭐Open to Highschool Graduates
⭐Proficient in English language
⭐No experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
⭐Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of Korean customers through phone calls, emails and messages
⭐Maintain strong and lasting customer relationship
⭐Prepare required reports for the issues submitted by customers
⭐Coordinate with the Supervisor for escalation of concerns or feedback
