Responsibilities:
✅Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
✅Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
✅Handle customer and other department inquiries.
✅Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
✅Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
✅Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
✅Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.

Requirements:
✅Korean national abroad or in the Philippines
✅Open for Undergraduates
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅With Customer Service experience is advantage
✅Good Interpersonal and communication skills
