Position: IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Taguig | Quezon City | Mandaluyong
Work Set-up: Onsite
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 100,000 (Highly negotiable)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Bachelor's degrees in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline.
✔ Experience in Endpoint Management Subject Matter Expert SME or Administrator.
✔ Knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Intune MECM issues such as management, compliance, application packaging, and deployment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Manage Windows 10/11 Autopilot/OS deployments, application packaging, and distribution on a global scale.
✔ Effectively troubleshoot all parts of Intune and Configuration Manager.
✔ Maintain the performance and health of the Intune/Configuration Manager deployment.
✔ Create a task sequence and debug its problems.
✔ Resolve events, complete service requests, and make modifications in compliance with documented standards and policies.
✔ Lead problem ticket investigations and offer viable solutions and preventive measures.
