JOB DETAILS :

Position: Norwegian Service Desk Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
🔹 Proficient in Norwegian and English Language
🔹 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
🔹 Knowledgeable in Computer application
🔹 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
🔹 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
🔹 BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
🔹 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
🔹 Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
🔹 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
🔹 Perform other related tasks
