Client Profile:
One of the big BPO companies in the Philippines that their goal was to provide economic opportunities, particularly for people who were passionate about helping others. That's how it was founded. a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm that would assist decent individuals in assisting decent clients in doing things better. Building brands would be the main goal, rather than merely responding to emails, calls, and social media posts. And in order to accomplish that, we would form teams specifically focused on each client's company, assisting in its expansion and success. Their are your brand's ambassadors, forging strong ties with your clients along the way to support the growth of your business.
Position: HR Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays
Work Set up: Hybrid
Requirements:
📢 Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Legal Management or equivalent.
📢 With at least 3- 5 years of experience in HR labor and employee relations.
📢 With at least 2 year leadership experience.
📢 With experience working in a BPO company.
📢 Can start as soon as possible is a big plus
Responsibilities:
📢 Responsible for handling Employee and Labor relations as well as Employee Performance Management.
📢 responsible for support and administering all aspect of employee relation function to include: handling of employee discipline correction processes, providing guidance Leadership team
📢 implementation and enforcement of the company policies and employee code of conduct,
📢 direct consultation with the company’s legal counsel, on PH Labor Laws and other Government rules and regulations
📢 development and implementation of approved organization-wide employee relations policies and practices
📢 enforcement of the Performance Management Process for all employees and overall engagement programs.
