Industry: BPO Company/Law Firm
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 - 120,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Fixed Dayshift)
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Requirements:
Filipino can speak, read and write Japanese - Korean
JLPT N1 - N3 Passer or TOPIK Passer
Bachelor’s degree in any course, Law or Political course is an advantage
Experience in Contract Management is a plus







Responsibilities:

Review, research, and draft Non-Disclosure Agreements and Confidential Disclosure Agreements
Answer contract related inquiries and prepare any related agreements
Research relevant information and contracts to ascertain the facts pertaining to the subject- matter
Monitor, review and manage the status of certain agreement types
Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts and all supporting documents.
Perform administrative tasks such as preparation and submission of reports and metrics
Attend regular Team meetings and operations meeting and client calls as required
