Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 45,000

Responsibilities:
📌Develop comprehensive training materials and modules for Air conditioning products, covering technical specifications, installation, service and maintenance procedures
📌Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for internal members, contractors, developers, and consultants.
📌Collaborate with Headquarters Engineering team to stay updated on new features and technologies.
📌Provide Technical Support to Sales Team and Customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a deep understanding of Air Conditioning products
📌Continuously assess training effectiveness, making adjustments to improved learning outcome.
📌Manage the training facility, making sure that all equipment and tools are in good condition.

Requirements:
📌Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or TESDA Graduate with prior experience to conduct training.
📌With or without license for Mechanical Engineering or TESDA NCII Certification
📌Proven experience in training, preferably in HVAC or Air-Conditioning Industry
📌Strong Understanding of air-conditioner products and basic concepts
📌Excellent communication and presentation skills
📌Ability to tailor contents for various audiences, including technical and non-technical individuals
📌Willingness to travel for training sessions and workshops.
