JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: It is one of the Leading BPO Companies in France, founded in the 1970’s supporting more than 70 countries.
Position: Spanish Customer Support (Financial Account)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ayala, Makati City
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting/Nighshift
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
📌 Preferably a Filipino who can speak Spanish and English.
📌 Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines.
📌 At least 6 months experience of Customer Service in a BPO Company
📌 Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
📌 Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati
Responsibilities:
📌 Providing customer support to consumers via telephone and/or Internet, e.g., instant message, email.
📌 Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment.
📌 Handling concerns of customers regarding their Gift and Reloadable cards. Will need to answer basic card features and create cases on customer and card issues as required
📌 Handle all incoming calls for bank account related concerns, fund transfers, banking application support, etc
📌 Provide customer service satisfaction at all times while keeping customer information strictly confidential
📌 Perform other related tasks if needed.
