Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 6:00)
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With experience working in a BPO Company or in a Japanese company is an advantage
✨With experience as an HR Manager is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
✨Creating and implementing HR plans and activities that are consistent with the overall business strategy.
✨Integrating management and workforce relations
✨Managing the recruitment and selection processes
✨Develop and monitor the overall HR strategy, systems, tactics, and procedures within the organization.
✨Maintain a positive workplace environment.
✨Create a clear and straightforward orientation flow regarding the company's policies for onboarding employees.
✨Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system.
✨Create a database of salary and benefits that align with the market range.
✨Assess training needs to implement and manage training programs.
✨Report to management and provide decision support using HR indicators.
✨Maintain legal compliance throughout human resource management.
✨Collect the newest information, report to management, and update or apply the company's policies as appropriate.
