Requirements:
◉ Open for Foreign Nationals with Permanent residence in the Philippines
◉ Preferably Bachelors degree holder
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
◉ Has 1 year work experience as subject Matter expert is a big advantage
◉ Amenable to start as soon as possible
◉ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
◉ Providing knowledge, resources and information to support agents
◉ Coaching and training agents on improving Customer Interaction and offering advisors guidance.
◉ Operates in tandem with Team Leads and Operations Leadership to create a culture of team efficiency and drive agent productivity.
◉ Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements
