Responsibilities of the Job:
📌Handle inquiries/incident reports coming from clients in both Mandarin and English via phone, email, chat, etc. in accordance with existing processes and guidelines.
📌Record details of inquiries and ensure the information is reflected in the system.
📌Translate inquiries from Mandarin and English and vice versa, and escalate as needed
📌Maintain the knowledge base and keep it organized for future use.
📌Create reports on weekly/monthly help desk performance.
📌Analyze relevant data and initiate process improvements in problem areas.

Requirements of Job Application:
📌Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin (HSK 4-6)
📌Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any related field.
📌Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
📌With HSK certificate is a big plus.
