Position: Italian Procurement Associate
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Parañaque City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting schedule/Nightshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (3 days work from home and 2 days onsite)

Requirements:
➤Proficient in Italian and English languages
➤Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Management, Import/Export or other related courses
➤Proactive communication with team, cross-functional departments, suppliers, and management
➤Excellent interpersonal skills in a department or business that prioritizes building relationships with clients or suppliers
➤Preferable has working experience with information management and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
➤ Perform other related task

Responsibilities:
➤Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
➤Identify and build relationships with key supplier contacts and customize approach/service based on supplier preference.
➤Develop supplier-specific strategies
➤Develop ideas and needs for product development for future system enhancements or products
➤Leading negotiations with suppliers and vendors
