Position:‌ Mandarin Operations Manager

Schedule: Flexible time (Monday to Friday)
Salary:‌ Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
🌟Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog language.
🌟Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or other related courses.
🌟BOMA certification is preferred but not required.
🌟3 years working experience in the Building and Operations Management field.
🌟Familiarity with business and financial principles.
🌟Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
🌟Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

Responsibilities:
🌟Coordinate, oversee, inspect, and report regular building maintenance and repairs.
🌟Manage and direct activities of cleaning and security staff.
🌟Prepare and implement emergency protocols and ensure a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
🌟Attend inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolve issues that may occur.
🌟Ensure company’s legal compliance
🌟Evaluate financial performance of the company and ensure profitability by monitoring and forecasting budget allocation.
🌟Improve the overall operational management systems, processes, and best practices of the organization.
