Labor Relation Specialist
Employee Engagement Associate
Company Industry: BPO
Location: Pasig City
Salary Offer: Php35,000-45,000
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8PM-5AM
Work Set Up: Hybrid

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Legal Management or equivalent Work Experience
✨With at least 3-5 years of Employee Labor Relations experience
✨With 2 years of leadership experience
✨With experience working in a BPO company

Job Responsibilities:
✨In charge of managing labor relations, employee performance management, and employee relations.
✨Supporting and managing every facet of the employee relations role
✨Managing the procedures for disciplining and reprimanding employees, and advising the group on how to apply and enforce corporate rules and the employee code of conduct
✨Direct discussion on PH labor laws and other government rules and regulations with the company's legal counsel
✨Creation and execution of authorized employee relations policies and procedures for the entire organization
✨Implementation of the Performance Management Process for all staff members and comprehensive engagement initiatives.
