Job Requirements:
✨Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature /Advertising / Public Relations
✨With experience in instructional design, learning delivery and learning technology
✨With experience in corporate learning programs and managing large teams ✨With experience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:
✨Organize and supervise all department heads.
✨Create and implement policies and procedures for the Casino Hotel's various departments.
✨In charge of keeping an eye on the business's adherence to government regulations.
✨Oversee the management and professional development of each department head's workforce.
✨Oversees the company's financial stability.
✨Direct oversight of the company's marketing and promotion
