Position: Spanish Customer Helpdesk Luxury Support (PHP 70,000 + Willing to work in Cebu)

Location: Lapu-Lapu Cebu City
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Working Onsite

Requirements:
➤ Proficiently with Spanish and English languages
➤ Open to Filipino national or Foreign national that has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤ Bachelor's Degree Holder
➤ Customer Service experience is a plus
➤ Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
➤ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
➤ Handle calls and provide Italian-speaking customers with excellent customer service.
➤ Responsible to handle customer concerns and inquiries regarding the repair and services
➤ Help in tracking and distributing order information
➤ Perform other related task
