Position: Mandarin Technical Support
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Weekends Off
Industry: Healthcare Company
Salary: Php 100,000 to Php 130,000
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Handle phone, email, and chats professionally and friendly matter
✅Assist customer in their inquiry regarding medical devices
✅Provide first-level support in troubleshooting customer concerns across the designated product range by analyzing customer problems and asking the appropriate questions to support resolution.
✅Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of the records.
✅Communication of concern investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and phone conversations.
Requirements of Job Application:
✅Bachelor Graduates in Science, Technology, Mathematics and Engineering.
✅Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
✅Preferred someone who has experience in line with Science, Technology, Mathematics, and Engineering.
✅Someone who has Technical Support that handles Medical accounts.
✅Minimum 3 years of experience required working in a medical/clinical environment or in customer facing support role.
✅Computer Literate; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
