Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
✨At least 10-12 years of experience in HR Core/HR Operations OR HR Outsourcing
✨Amenable to work on site and to work from home

Job Descriptions:
✨Directing and overseeing the provision of services for outsourced customer
comprehensive knowledge of the payroll procedures
✨Communicate as needed with the Operational Excellence Team.
raises pertinent quality and/or scope problems that could affect delivery and, when practical, expedites the decision-making process.
✨Understanding of the process's current metrics
✨When faced with complicated challenges or problems, escalate the situation and get help.
✨Communicate on Testing with the Local IT and Other Teams.
✨Develops a rational strategy, practical approximations, and timetable for a task or project phase.
guarantees that agreements, problems, and progress are appropriately recorded and handled.
✨Help the team solve problems by doing "Root Cause Analysis" on the problems
