Position: Content Developer and Instructional Designer
Instructional Designer and Content Developer
Company Industry: BPO
Location: Taguig
Salary Offer: Php25,000-Php120,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature /Advertising / Public Relations
✨With experience in instructional design, learning delivery and learning technology is an advantage
✨With experience in corporate learning programs and managing large teams is plus
✨With experience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment is an asset

Job Responsibilities:
✨Work together with the client team to fully understand the issue at hand, find a workable solution, and proceed through the stages of design, development, and delivery.
✨Create the training curriculum for training needs analysis.
✨Create excellent, thorough content outlines in accordance with the curriculum.
✨Create templates, checklists, design standards, and guidelines for the suggested learning solution.
✨Work together to create training deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
✨Examine the training deliverables to make sure the quality meets industry standards and the project quality parameters.
✨Decide which risks to disclose to the functional manager or project leads so that they can talk about potential mitigations, alternatives, and solutions.
✨Encourage content creators and instructional designers to create teacher-ready materials.
✨Give the team constructive criticism so they can improve their instructional design abilities.
✨Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
