Position: Hindi Advertising Helpdesk – P 110,000 Monthly
Account: Online Advertising Account
Industry: American Global BPO Company | Fortune 500 Companies and one of the TOP IT company in the world
Salary: Php100,000-Php110,000
Location: Quezon City (work onsite)
Schedule: Shifting & Rotation (mostly dayshift)
Working days: 5 days a week With sat and Sunday off
Language: Hindi and English Language

Requirements:
⭐Indian National proficient in English
⭐Filipino proficient in Hindi and English
⭐Open to any candidates with or without work experience
⭐Has customer service experience or BPO background is an advantage but not very required
⭐Knows how to assist customers who wanted to advertise
⭐Can help customers understand the service of the company
⭐Willing to work on site in Quezon City

Duties & Responsibilities:
⭐Coordinate with advertising sizes of the Hindi client requested
⭐Provide customer service for advertisement inquiries and help customers choose the best rate for their need
⭐Recommend the correct sizes and its rates for Hindi client’s needed
⭐Explain the pay per click and its process
⭐Adjust the budget of client per day and recommend the correct budget
⭐Provide key words, bids and timing to make the most of your ROI
