Position: Spanish Human Resource Advisor (PHP 100,000 - PHP 120,000 gross + Hybrid one or twice a month onsite)
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: PHP 100,000 - PHP 120,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift - 3:00 pm - 12:00 Midnight/Nightshift - 9:00 pm - 6:00 am
Work Set-up: Hybrid (one or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Human Resource
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining

Requirements:
✔️ Filipino who can speak Spanish language
✔️ Spanish Language is conversational
✔️ Can speak English well
✔️ Bachelor's Degree of any courses
✔️ Must have work experience from 3 years above
✔️ Experience in HR Business Partners is a plus.
✔️ Must be willing to work in a Mid Shift or Nightshift
✔️ Must be able to work in Ortigas Site
✔️ No Age limit or gender preferences

Responsibilities:
✔️ Organize and notify stakeholders and HR leaders.
✔️Helping and guiding managers to strategize on hiring, screening, and interview assessment techniques.
✔️ Perform confidential investigations on policy violations, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
✔️To address the majority of problems, such as those pertaining to performance, attendance, or procedures, follow a clear approach and show respect for the local laws and languages.
✔️ Getting information ready for the negotiations, including data. composing communications, drafting agreements, and analyzing competitors
