JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This company is an IT/BPO company and has offices in 18 countries and assists 2,000 clients worldwide.
Position: French Customer Support Team Lead
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift or Graveyard
Work set-up: Hybrid (Once or twice a week onsite - depends on the business needs)
Requirements:
💡 Native French Speakers
💡 At Least conversational in English
💡 Has 2 years above Team Leader work experience in BPO industry
💡 High School Diploma or Equivalent are welcome to apply
💡 Should have active Passport valid at least 1 year
💡 With an active Visa valid for 1 month upon start date.
💡 Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
Responsibilities:
💡 Assist with the responsibility for the customer services development, performance and maintenance within the organization
💡 Participate in all the day to day customer services activities
💡 Maintain and improve mechanisms for surveying and measuring customer satisfaction and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
💡 Assist with developing plans for customer services activities to include customer management to achieve satisfaction targets
💡 Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
💡 Assist with preparation and agreement of individual action plans and targets for all team members

💡 Written Assessment – with timer 60 minutes
💡 Team Lead Interview - 30 minutes
