Position: Japanese Customer Service Support - (Online Shopping Center)
Location: Pasay City
Industry: Shared Services (Online Shopping Center)
Salary: Php 70,000 – 80,000
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Onsite


Requirements:
• Open to JLPT N1-N3 passer or level (No Certificate required)
• Open for undergraduates and even high school
• With experience in CSR is a big advantage but not require
• Willing to work Shifting schedule and onsite


Responsibilities:
• Answering Japanese customer questions about products and services
• Providing information about the status of an order or shipment, processing returns, and answering questions about shipping rates or methods
• Receiving and processing orders for products or services from customers via phone, email, live chat, or other communication platforms
• Performing other clerical tasks such as filing documents in electronic storage systems or paper filing systems
• Processing payments by taking credit card information over the phone or online through websites such as PayPal or online Payments
• Providing information about products or services via email or social media channels such as Facebook or Twitter
• Handling customer complaints regarding orders that were damaged or incorrect
• Other task assigned
