Position: Mandarin Customer Service
Type of job: Voice
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 65,000-Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off per week
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅To timely reply to customers’ inquiries via chat and phone
✅To closely trace issues and make sure they are properly handled
✅To communicate well with related dept. for all general issues
✅To inform customers of important info such as product/feature releases, promotions, or maintenance
✅To collect VOC and closely follow them up
✅Other assignments or supports requested by the dept. head, e.g. Game/ Back office testing or records of working activities
Requirements of Job Application:
✅Can speak, read, and write Mandarin language
✅Good communication skills
✅Willing to work onsite in Makati
✅Customer Service is a plus
✅BPO experience is a big advantage
