Position: Spanish Customer Service Car Towing Assistance
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Davao del Sur
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in Spanish
◉ With or without work experience in Spanish language is open to apply
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Open to relocate and to work in Davao City
◉ At least have Customer Service background but not required

Responsibilities:
◉ Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation
◉ Giving information and helping to solve customer problem
◉ Provide policy coverage details
◉ Asking customers about vehicle type, color, information, and current status
