Requirements:
➤Proficient in Spanish and English languages
➤Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent resident visa
➤Open for undergraduates
➤Willing to work and relocate in Subic, Zambales
➤Customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
➤Responsible to Handle conversations or emails, all incoming inbound and outbound, from Spanish-speaking clients
➤Assess and identify client concerns in order to deliver customer service satisfaction
➤ Responsible to track and updating documents related to customer interactions in a timely manner
➤Do other related tasks needed
