Position: German Customer Service Associate

Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 85,000 gross

Requirements:
◉ Open for Filipino national Fluent in German and English
◉ Preferably have B2 level certificate in German
◉ Bachelor Degree holder
◉ Customer Service experience is an advantage
◉ Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
◉ Answer all emails from customers with regards to console and billing issues
◉ Review payment terms, etc. for each order to ensure accuracy prior to billing customers
◉ Support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding billing, collections, and cash application
◉ Maintain accurate customer and billing records
