Position: Spanish Credit and Collections Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (Might work during holidays)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
⚪ Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
⚪ Open for Filipino National who can speak, read, and write Spanish
⚪ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
⚪ Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
⚪ Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
⚪ Willing to work onsite
⚪ Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
⚪ Responsible for keeping customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints records.
⚪ Process payments and refunds
⚪ Update the client’s online record and account
⚪ Provide financial information needed by the client
⚪ Review unpaid invoices and send collection reminder
⚪ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
⚪ Perform other related task
