Position: Indonesian HR Advisor
Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php120,000-Php125,000 | High Basic Salary
Schedule: Dayshift
Set up: Hybrid | 1 Day RTO per month or as business need

Requirements:
⭐Indonesian in the Philippines with Permanent Visa
⭐Filipino proficient in Bahasa language
⭐Bachelor's Degree graduate or Undergraduate
⭐With 1-3 years Experience in Human Resource field in Global or Shared Service
⭐With good communications skills

Duties:
⭐Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
⭐Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
⭐Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
⭐Acting as the point of contact for HRBP, employees and other HR team members
⭐Support the investigation of administrative and confidentiality policy violations, workplace issues and incidents in collaboration with the local HRBP.
⭐Coordinate with company Stakeholders
