Position: Spanish Customer Help Desk Luxury Support
Industry: Jewelry Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu-Lapu , Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Requirements:
🔵 Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish
🔵 Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
🔵 Proficient in both Spanish and English
🔵 Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
🔵 Customer Service experience is a plus
🔵 Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines

Responsibilities:
🔵 Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to Spanish-speaking clients
🔵 Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
🔵 Answer and resolve consumer complaints
🔵 Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
🔵 Resolves payment complaints
