Position: Spanish Credit and Collections Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (Might work during holidays)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
🔵 Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
🔵 Open for Filipino National who can speak, read, and write Spanish
🔵 Bachelor’s Degree Holder
🔵 Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
🔵 Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
🔵 Willing to work onsite
🔵 Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
🔵 Responsible for keeping customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints records.
🔵 Process payments and refunds
🔵 Update the client’s online record and account
🔵 Provide financial information needed by the client
🔵 Review unpaid invoices and send collection reminder
🔵 Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
🔵 Perform other related task
