Requirements:
➤Filipino fluent in Spanish and English
➤Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent resident visa
➤Open for undergraduates
➤Willing to work and relocate in Subic, Zambales
➤Customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
➤Handle inbound/outbound calls or emails received from Spanish-speaking customers
➤Identify and assess client concerns to provide customer service satisfaction
➤Tracking and updating documents related to customer interactions in a timely manner
➤Do other related tasks needed
