Position: Spanish Help Desk Specialist

Location: Subic Bay, Zambales

Schedule: Shifting (Mon-Fri | Weekend Off)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
📌 Filipino fluent in Spanish and English languages
📌 Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent resident visa
📌 Open for undergraduates
📌 Willing to work and relocate in Subic, Zambales
📌 Customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
📌 Respond to emails or calls from clients who speak Spanish, both inbound and outbound.
📌 Identify and assess customer issues to deliver satisfactory customer service.
📌 Responsible for maintaining and updating records on consumer interactions
📌 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
📌 Do other related tasks needed
