Position: Spanish Customer Service Assistant

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Requirement:
◉ Filipino national can speak basic Spanish
◉ No experience required
◉ Highschool and undergraduate are open to apply
◉ Willing to work in Davao City
◉ Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities;
◉ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
◉ Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
◉ Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
◉ Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have
