Position: Korean Helpdesk Support

Salary: Php 80,000 Monthly
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-Up: Work On site

Requirements:
✅ Filipino National fluent in Korean and English
✅ Korean national with permanent visa holder
✅ High School or bachelor’s degree graduate are welcome to apply
✅ With customer service or technical experience voice account is an advantage
✅ Can start working asap
✅ Willing to work in Shifting schedule and on-site

Responsibilities:
✅ Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures
✅ Respond to clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered
✅ Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
✅ Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
