Position: Spanish Customer Support (Financial Account)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ayala, Makati City
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 75,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting/Nighshift
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
◉ Preferably a Filipino who can speak Spanish and English.
◉ Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines.
◉ At least 6 months experience of Customer Service in a BPO Company
◉ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
◉ Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati

Responsibilities:
◉ Help customers in Spanish when it comes to updating address or name
◉ Answer Spanish Customers about rewards using the cards.
◉ Answer emails, chats, and calls about inquiries on how to use this card for payment
◉ Answer if the cards can be used to pay bills such as electricity and more.
◉ Help Spanish customers on how to properly use it and how the charges work.
◉ Help the Spanish Customers find ATM locations to withdraw cash.
◉ Answer inquiries about authorized charges, bills, and cancellation of cards.
