Requirements:
➤Filipino fluent in Spanish and English
➤Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent resident visa
➤Open for undergraduates
➤Willing to work and relocate in Subic, Zambales
➤Customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
➤Respond to emails or calls from clients who speak Spanish, both inbound and outbound.
➤Identify and assess customer issues to deliver satisfactory customer service.
➤Responsible for maintaining and updating records on consumer interactions
➤Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
➤Do other related tasks needed
