Position: French Benefits Data Source

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Night Shift (9pm-6am or 10pm-7am) - Mon-Fri | Weekends Off
Work Set-up: Hybrid: 1-2 days Work onsite a week

Requirements:
❍ Filipino national Proficient in French and English language both verbal and written
❍ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or any related course
❍ Background with BPO set up – assisting volume requirements
❍ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
❍ Keen attention to details and commitment to excellence
❍ Has 2 years above work experience in any benefits and insurance related background

Responsibilities:
❍ Process client submissions and pre-population requests through checking of completeness and accuracy of data, preparing and sending validation queries, interpreting plan documents and client answers, and coordinating with stakeholders (e.g., client, Health and Benefits, Global Benefits Management) via email or phone calls
❍ Support benefit audit processes
❍ Effective understanding and use of the various tools and platforms in the collection, processing and reporting of data
❍ Process, project, and transaction management
❍ Notifying clients of changes to compensation and benefits schemes and new policies
