Position: Japanese Subject Matter Expert
Location: Eastwood Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000
Work Set-up: Temporary WAH (candidate must be amenable to report on-site when needed; Training is On-site)
Work Schedule: Following Japan Business Schedule and Holidays (Mon-Fri; 8am to 5pm)
Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate will provide support to identified team members in ensuring business goals and objectives are met.
• Provide floor support, learning sessions, coaching & feedback to agents
• Ensure prompt escalations to Team Captain.
• Supervise team in the absence of the Team Captain.
• Monitor performance and quality scores of the team.
Requirements:
• Must be proficient in English and Japanese (Kanji, Katakana and Hiragana)
• Amenable to start ASAP
• Open to Filipinos with from JLPT N1 - N2 Passer
