Position: French Admin Warehouse Coordinator
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Midnight/Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM, 10 PM - 7 AM or 11 PM - 8 AM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (one or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Admin Warehouse Staff
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining

Requirements:
✨ Open to Foreign National who have valid tourist visas here in the Philippines
✨ Filipino National who can speak, read, and write French
✨ Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or any related courses
✨ At least 2 years and above of experience in Warehouse Administration, Logistic/Supply Chain, Transportation Management or Inventory
✨ Experience in working with Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Transportation, Shared Services, and other relevant B2B Marketing Industries is a big advantage
✨ Knowledgeable in using Logistics Software - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP in Logistics and warehousing
✨ Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
✨ Must be willing to work in a Nightshift

Responsibilities;
✨ Maintain required records and documents for warehouse operations
✨ Enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse
✨ Collaborate with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third parties to execute the monthly plan promptly
✨ Provide customer service in executing logistics contracts
✨ Ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
✨ Organising the daily operations of the warehouse
✨ Providing administrative and customer service Support Supervising warehouse staff and coordinating their workloads Review daily orders
✨ Perform other related duties as assigned
