Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related courses.
• Experience with data management tools: SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• Experience with AWS management and CLI tools.Minimum 3+ years of work experience as a TechOps/ITOps engineer monitoring and troubleshooting production applications and infrastructure alerts.
• Strong experience using DataDog, PagerDuty and other SaaS monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
